The sewing unit consists of 4 stations:

Station 1 – the presentation of the material:

The operator puts the finished cuff in special clips. Clips open and close automatically. Intermediate lifting clamps for adjustment of the cuffs is possible with the help of the pedal.

Station 2 – grinding the cuffs:

Move the sewing head is controlled by the Cam for accurate sewing along the contour of the frame.


Station 3 – trimming the seam allowances:

The movement of the device for trimming excess tissue is also controlled by the Cam. In addition, there is thread trimming at the beginning and end of the seam.


Station 4 – stacking cuffs:

After the operation the clamp opens automatically, special sleeve stacker pulls the finished cuffs out of the clip.
