The needle thread tension can be set separately for closed eye and straight parts of the loop.

Control of the knife is accomplished using a stepper motor. This allows you to easily program the pressure of the knife for different types of tissue through the operating panel to prevent the possibility of incorrect cuts. On the panel you can select two modes of core drill: up to serging loops and prorubki after serging. Right and left work clamps are separately controlled independent from each other by air cylinders. This mechanism clamps the cloth in different thickness, preventing the fabric from sagging. The machine head has a recess in the body for a more effective implementation of the vertical loops. Through computer control, the design of the Juki MEB-3200SSMA eliminates the complicated and cumbersome mechanisms, which also enhances the productivity of the machine.
