BRUCE R4200-DQ is an industrial sewing machine with automatic functions for light to medium materials. The BRUCE R4200 is significantly different from all its predecessors due to the updated stitch length adjustment unit and the servo foot lifter with intermediate lift height adjustment. Thanks to these upgrades, the machine began to work almost silently, which significantly increases the comfort of the seamstress.

Electronic Stitch Length Adjustment
The R4200-DQ industrial sewing machine is equipped with a new type of stitch length adjustment mechanism. Instead of the usual mechanical assembly, the machine has a stepper motor with adjustment from the machine's display. This type of adjustment allows you to change the stitch length in 0.1 mm increments. Due to the absence of a mechanical knot, noise has been reduced and smoothness has increased.
Maximum stitch length 5 mm.
Servo presser foot lifter with lift height adjustment
Usually in machines with automatic functions, an electromagnet is used to automatically raise the presser foot. This solution is practical, but the unit is quite noisy in operation and does not have flexible adjustments.
The R4200 sewing machine model was the first in its line to receive for automatic presser foot lifting servomotor. The servo presser foot lifter works almost silently and has the ability to adjust the height of the lift. Also for the convenience of the operator, the control panel has a quick adjustment of the intermediate presser foot lift in the range from 0 to 13 mm, with an adjustment step of 1 mm.
Low Noise
Machine running noise reduced compared to a conventional sewing machine by more than half, and when compared with automatic machines with external electromagnets - then 4 times! This result was achieved by replacing electromagnets with servomotors. Also noteworthy are the mechanical upgrades. Together, this made it possible to bring the comfort of working behind the machine to a higher level.

To prevent wasting the last stitch after trimming, the BRUCE R4200 is programmed to sew two stitches with a length of 0.1 mm, regardless of whether the automatic bartack is on or not.
Due to the microstitch, the length of the tails of the thread after trimming remains only 3.5 mm!

Manual Button Block
The usual new design bartack lever is not on the machine. Therefore, a push-button unit for manual control of the machine is installed in the machine.
Finish stitch button: one press - 1 stitch, if the button is pressed - the sewing machine will sew at minimum speed.
1/2 stitch button: one press makes half of the set stitch length, if the button is pressed - the sewing machine will sew at minimum speed.
Manual backtack button: to perform backtack, you need to hold down the button and start sewing (the button only changes the sewing direction, but does not sew.)
There is an LED on the button unit illumination of the needle zone with three brightness modes.
